Practice the art of living in harmony with your present moment. At MindBodySoul Yoga we teach yoga as a tool for expanding our awareness of the here and now. We teach that cultivating patience as we create space in the body leads to space in the mind.

Our studio offers classes in Washington Heights, NYC and our online courses are available to anyone, anywhere.

 

MindBodySoul is a Washington Heights-based community yoga studio serving as a spiritual home for yoga, healing, personal growth, and integration.

Our studio offers a spacious yoga room, a full kitchen, a lending library, as well as a boutique and a community area. Our calming treatment room is host to a variety of neighborhood healers.
