EXPLORATION OF SELF SERIES: PRESENCE AND POWER with Alyssa Snow

february workshops (6).png

What does it mean to have power in our lives? How does it feel to lack it? What does that all look like in the life stream of our lives?

We say and hear terms like: “Stand in your power.” “Reclaim your power.” “Step into your power.” Many of us feel powerless over circumstances in our lives. We see ourselves as leaves in the wind when we are, in fact, the trees.

This exploration of self will include kundalini yoga medicine, breath medicine, mind training, journaling (with prompts), and verbal integration (sharing). Please bring sacred items for the altar and a journal and a pen.

But where did these phrases and Sanskrit sounds come from, how have they persisted through centuries of cultural change and evolution, and what do they mean for us today?
