MindBodySoul is a Washington Heights-based community yoga studio serving as a spiritual home for yoga, healing, personal growth, and integration.

Our studio offers a spacious yoga room, a full kitchen, a lending library, as well as a boutique and a community area. Our calming treatment room is host to a variety of neighborhood healers.
